My Aunt Joyce is terrific. Here is a recipe for her Sticky Bun—I MEAN BREAKFAST PASTRIES.
1 Bag (24 qty) frozen bread rolls
1 small pkg. butterscotch pudding (regular or instant)
1 1/2 cubes butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans (or more if you like)
1 t. cinnamon
The night before serving, spray Pam in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the nuts on bottom of pan. Dump frozen rolls over nuts. Sprinkle pudding mix over rolls. In a saucepan or microwave bowl, melt butter. Add brown sugar & cinnamon. Pour over rolls. Grease a piece of foil and place over the pan. Let rise overnight. (just put it in my oven to raise)
In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake for 30 minutes. Turn rolls out of pan and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving (if you can).
