1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. oil--I use olive but any kind will work
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. French dressing (but here I substitute Catalina; I've never actually tried it with french)
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder (but frequently left out by me because I always forget to get it at the grocery store)
Mix well. Cut up 2 lbs of boneless top sirloin steak and marinade in the sauce for some time--although I have been known to forget to marinade, and end up pouring it on just before I cook the meat. So anyway, it you are ambitious, skewer the meat with whole mushrooms, onions, pineapple chunks, whatever you like on your kabobs. Grill or broil 10 minutes. Turn over, grill for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Alternate cooking option if you don't want to grill or waste time poking meat on a stick: Pour marinade and meat into a 9x13 pan. Add mushrooms, pineapple, etc and stir to coat. Cook at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with rice. But only if you have cooked it first.
